Claycon is an application that generates custom icons using artificial intelligence image generation models. Users can create icons and purchase additional credits to generate more content.

3. User Accounts and Conduct

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You may not use the App for illegal, harmful, or offensive purposes
  • You may not attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the App

4. Credits and Payments

  • Credits can be purchased within the App to generate additional icons
  • All credit purchases are final and non-refundable
  • Unused credits do not expire but have no cash value
  • We reserve the right to modify credit pricing with notice

5. Generated Content

  • You retain ownership of icons you generate through the App
  • You may use generated icons for personal and commercial purposes
  • We don't claim ownership of your generated content
  • You're responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws

6. Intellectual Property

  • The App and its underlying technology remain our property
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App itself
  • Our trademarks and branding materials are protected

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect and use your data.

8. Disclaimers

  • The App is provided "as is" without warranties
  • We don't guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation
  • Generated content may not always meet your expectations

9. Limitation of Liability

We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
